STAMP DUTY (EXEMPTION) (NO. 7) ORDER 1994

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 80(1) of the Stamp Act 1949, the Minister makes the following order:

1.         This order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Exemption) (No. 7) Order 1994.

2.          (1) Paragraph 4 and subparagraph 5(1) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th November 1970.

              (2) Subparagraph 5(2) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st October 1989.
